🛑 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item

📌 Conditions:

Request within 48 hours of delivery

Share product photos (or video) with us

Item must be unused, unwashed, and with tags

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Customized or stitched uniforms

Wrong size ordered by customer

Used or washed products

Sale or discounted items

💱 Exchange

We will replace the product if available.

If not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

💰 Refunds

Refund will be processed after we check the returned item.

It will be completed within 5–7 working days.

📌 Note:

Refund goes to your original payment method

For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer or UPI

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not refundable

Return shipping cost will be paid by customer
(unless the mistake is from our side)
